When compressed air contains a lot of heat, in most purification systems, this heat is cooled through a cooler. The air is then dried by a dryer after the temperature is reduced to achieve the required dew point. When using a traditional adsorption dryer, in order to achieve the required dew point, it is necessary to consume about 15% of the regeneration air volume for regeneration. However, the compressed regeneration dryer makes full use of the heat of the uncooled compressed air to regenerate the adsorbent, so on average, only 1% of the air volume of the treated air is needed to blow cold air to the adsorbent, which can achieve continuous drying.
