Working Principle

Upgraded from a low-purge blast heat regeneration adsorption dryer, this model includes an added intermediate cooling stage.

  • Heating‌: Ambient air is pulled in by a fan and heated via an embedded heater to reactivate the desiccant and remove absorbed moisture.
  • Cooling‌: Regenerated heat is transferred through the intermediate cooler and back into the tower, maintaining a stable closed-loop cooling process.
  • No Compressed Air Loss‌: Full regeneration is achieved without using compressed air, enhancing energy conservation and cost-effectiveness.
    Utilizing ‌Temperature Swing Adsorption (TSA)‌ with ‌forced-hot-air regeneration‌, the system ensures precise moisture control and ultra-low purge consumption.
