PSA Nitrogen Generation System: Twin-Tower Adsorption Technology‌

The system operates on a dual-vessel pressure swing adsorption (PSA) principle, with each tower alternately adsorbing oxygen and regenerating.

  • During ‌adsorption‌, compressed air enters one tower, and the CMS media selectively removes oxygen, yielding a continuous stream of high-purity nitrogen.
  • In parallel, the other tower is depressurized to purge adsorbed oxygen, minimizing nitrogen carryover.
  • PLC-governed valves‌ ensure seamless transition between phases, switching roles when saturation is detected.
    This intelligent cycling ensures stable nitrogen quality and optimal energy use across varying demand conditions.
