Smart Start-Stop Control

The system features fully automatic operation, switching dynamically between standby and active modes in real time based on actual gas demand, eliminating the need for manual operation. This greatly reduces energy consumption during idle periods and improves overall operating efficiency.

Real-Time Purity & Flow Monitoring

High-precision sensors continuously monitor nitrogen purity (up to 99.5% or higher) and flow rate in real time. Live data is displayed and transmitted to ensure that the nitrogen output consistently meets required process standards.

Proactive Alarm & Safety Shutdown

Multi-level alarms are activated when purity deviates from preset ranges. The system automatically stops substandard nitrogen production and performs an emergency shutdown if abnormalities continue, effectively preventing downstream process contamination.

Carbon Molecular Sieve Auto‑Compression

Regular pressure adjustment maintains optimal adsorbent density, improving oxygen separation efficiency. This function extends the service life of carbon molecular sieves (CMS) and reduces maintenance frequency.

Intuitive Digital Touch Screen

The high-definition LCD touchscreen (e.g., 8-inch) displays key parameters in real time, including purity, pressure, flow rate, and fault diagnostics. It supports one‑touch control, historical data access, and remote monitoring via standard communication ports.

PSA Nitrogen Generation System: Twin-Tower Adsorption Technology‌

The system operates on a dual-vessel pressure swing adsorption (PSA) principle, with each tower alternately adsorbing oxygen and regenerating.

During ‌adsorption‌, compressed air enters one tower, and the CMS media selectively removes oxygen, yielding a continuous stream of high-purity nitrogen.
In parallel, the other tower is depressurized to purge adsorbed oxygen, minimizing nitrogen carryover.
‌PLC-governed valves‌ ensure seamless transition between phases, switching roles when saturation is detected.
This intelligent cycling ensures stable nitrogen quality and optimal energy use across varying demand conditions.
