Description
Core Working Principle
The air suspension blower uses a hydrodynamic air film to support the high-speed rotating rotor. When the impeller starts and reaches a certain speed, the air between the rotor and the bearing is compressed to form a high-pressure air film, causing the rotor to levitate. This achieves zero physical contact and frictionless operation. The process relies on a precision air foil bearing structure and a high-speed permanent magnet synchronous motor drive.
During startup, there is brief contact between the rotor and the bearing; once the “takeoff speed” is reached, it enters a fully suspended state, operating smoothly and quietly. The control system adjusts the motor speed via a frequency inverter, precisely regulating airflow and pressure to meet varying operating conditions.
Three Core Technologies
- Air Suspension Bearing
Uses air as the lubricating medium. The elastic foil structure automatically generates an air film at high speeds, offering long service life and maintenance-free operation. - High-Speed Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor
Directly drives the impeller without gearboxes or couplings, achieving transmission efficiency of over 95%. - High-Efficiency Centrifugal Impeller
Precision-cast from aerospace-grade aluminum alloy (e.g., AL7075), highly resistant to deformation, with efficiency reaching up to 98%.
Key Performance Features
- Energy Efficient: Saves 25–35% energy compared to traditional Roots blowers and 15–20% compared to multistage centrifugal blowers.
- Low Noise Operation: Noise levels below 80 dB, eliminating the need for additional sound insulation.
- Oil-Free, No Pollution: Suitable for industries with strict air purity requirements, such as food and pharmaceuticals.
- Smart Control: Integrated PLC system with self-diagnosis, anti-surge protection, and remote monitoring.
- Compact Design: Integrated unit structure for easy installation and space savings.
